Detect potential fraud and high cost violations
Post Close QC reviews that are completed by experienced mortgage professionals:
- Capital and Collateral.
- Calculate asset required for closing and reserve purpose for the transaction (as per guideline).
- Calculate various ratios for ex. LTV, CLTV, DTI.
- Raising conditions and making recommendations on the file.
- Review of US Home Mortgage Loan files and providing approvals/denials based on DTI, LTV and Lender's guidelines.
- Decision making based on Borrower's Assets & Liabilities and Credit Report.
- Key Responsibilities Area -Loan files are Analysed for completeness & accuracy, analysing credit documents, including, but not limited to, Mortgage applications, Credit history & Income documents, Assets, Title documents, Appraisals & all applicable compliance documents. Ensuring that the property specifications & loan terms meet the employer requirements, Lender requirement & government regulations.
- Analysing loan risk and requesting additional information as necessary.
- Reviewing and specifying loan conditions as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Documenting and effectively communicating reasons for the approval/rejection of loans.
